55. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH WELLCARE FOUNDATION FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between WellCare Foundation (WCF) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible WCF clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from June 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013. (C-86-11-087-M-00)
