AMENDMENT TO EDUCATION AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH BANNER HEALTH TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Education Affiliation Agreement between Banner Health (BH) and Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program.
