76. AGREEMENT WITH JW MARRIOTT DESERT RIDGE RESORT FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS Approve the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets between JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), to collaborate with Marriott to provide SNS assets in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-11-098-3-00)

AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH JW MARRIOTT DESERT RIDGE FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH); Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), to provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets in the event of a public health emergency. Amendment No. 1 replaces Insurance and Indemnity language. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-11-098-3-01)
