65. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH BANNER THUNDERBIRD MEDICAL CENTER FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Banner Thunderbird Medical Center (BTMC) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible BTMC clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will begin August 1, 2011 and end July 31, 2012. Thereafter, this PA will be automatically renewed for successive one year terms, without the necessity of notice of action by either party, however may be terminated as provided by options with the PA. RESCIND PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH BANNER THUNDERBIRD MEDICAL CENTER FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Rescind action taken on July 6, 2011, (C-86-11-101-3-00) for a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Banner Thunderbird Medical Center (BTMC) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible BTMC clients.
