51. AGREEMENT WITH PARADISE VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PARTICIPATE IN OFFICE OF PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE SPONSORED EXERCISES Approve the Agreement to Participate in Office of Preparedness and Response Sponsored Exercises between Paradise Valley Unified School District and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR). This agreement will provide a reimbursement in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000. The term of this agreement shall begin on November 1, 2010 and end on August 31, 2011. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-12-016-3-00)
