NON-MONETARY DONATION FROM MERCK SHARP AND DOHME CORPORATION Accept a non-monetary donation of 100,000 postcards and postage at no cost to Maricopa County, from Merck Sharp and Dohme Corp., for the use by the Department of Public Health's Community Health Nursing Program. The value of each card is $.54, for a total of $54,000.00, for FY12. The immunizations are awarded as in-kind, the value of which will be booked as a revenue and expenditure in the Finance System. The purpose of these postcards are to be sent as reminders to Maricopa County Community Health patients about their needed shots. (C-86-12-019-D-00)
