47. AGREEMENT WITH SCOTTSDALE HEALTHCARE NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH ACCESS TO HEALTH FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Agreement between Scottsdale Healthcare Neighbor Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible NOAH clients. The Agreement is part of the WIC Services grant. This Agreement will begin August 1, 2011 and end July 31, 2012. Thereafter, this Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive one year terms, without the necessity of notice of action by either party, however may be terminated as provided by options with the Agreement.
