38. USE OF PUBLIC HEALTH FUND BALANCE FOR ONE-TIME PAYMENT TO Q-MATIC CORPORATION AND ACCUVANT Approve the use of funds within the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Fund Balance (265) for a one-time payment to Q-Matic Corporation for the Office of Vital Registration main office and it's other satellite offices located at Greenfield, Saint Mary's, and Medical Examiner's Office in the amount of $92,894.53. Also approve the use of fund balance to pay for FY11 unpaid invoice from Accuvant for PCI Gap Analysis in the amount of $18,800. The total amount requested is $111,694.53. In FY11 Public Health fee fund has excess revenue over expenditure in the amount of $559,043 that is not restricted. (C-86-12-032-M-00)
