42. CONTRACTS FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTH COLLABORATIVE SERVICES Approve 4 FY FY12 - FY13 Contracts for the purpose of Preventive Health Collaborative Services, which will improve the preventive health available for children prenatally through age 5 and their families in the designated geographic areas. Funding for these contracts is provided through an IGA between Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health, and ADHS, and does not increase the county general fund. Each of these contractors was a successful respondent to a Request for Proposal issued by the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (PH RFP 12-002).
