AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MAYO CLINIC Approve the affiliation agreement entitled, “Resident Rotation Agreement” with Mayo Clinic through its Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education to allow residents to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. 57. AMENDMENT TO RESIDENT ROTATION AGREEMENT WITH MAYO CLINIC ARIZONA Approve the Amendment to the Resident Rotation Agreement with Mayo Clinic Arizona through its Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education to provide clinical training experience for physician residents in the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Program. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be extended from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The agreement would allow residents from Mayo to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Program and other Department units, and to develop a working partnership with MCDPH.
