67. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH EDUVISION, INC. DBA ARIZONA COLLEGE TO PROVIDE TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Student Rotation Training Agreement” between Eduvision, Inc. dba Arizona College and the Maricopa County, Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for Arizona College students in the MCDPH Immunization Services program. 72. AMENDMENT TO THE OFF-SITE PRECEPTOR STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH EDUVISION, INC. DBA ARIZONA COLLEGE Approve the first Amendment to the Off-Site Preceptor Student Rotation Training Agreement with Eduvision, Inc. dba Arizona College to allow students to continue to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The agreement would allow students from Arizona College to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Epidemiology program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH.
