PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH CHANDLER CARE CENTER FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve Partnership Agreement between Chandler CARE Center (CCC) AND Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Services to provide on-site WIC-eligible family enrollment. The enrollment includes participant-centered nutrition education (PCNE). This is non-financial and the term of the contract is June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013. (C-86-12-079-M-00)
