75. ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION TO RECOGNIZE NEW OWNER Approve administrative change to Intergovernmental Agreement for the Use of Real Property No. G-30158 dated September 3, 2013, as amended (IGA) between Maricopa County (County) and the Maricopa County Special Healthcare District (dba Valleywise ) to recognize the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation (City), as the new owner of real property located at 5141 West Lamar Road, Glendale, AZ (Glendale FHC) and successor in interest to Valleywise . On or about January 28, 2021, Valleywise ceased using the Glendale FHC as a Healthcare Center causing it to revert to the City pursuant to Quit Claim Deed 2004-1288872 filed with the Maricopa County Recorder. The County received notice that the City’s reversionary interest will be perfected and recorded in the chain-of-title for the Glendale FHC by Quit Claim Deed which is anticipated to record with the Maricopa County Recorder on/or before 6/23/21 resulting in the City of Glendale becoming the new property owner and successor in interest with regards to the IGA. Effective on the date of recordation, all Facility Use Payments and notices required to be given in writing will be sent to: City of Glendale, Attn: City Manager, 5850 West Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301.
