67. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION FOR USE OF BASHAS' GROCERY VOUCHERS FOR THE TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL INCENTIVE PROGRAM Approve an Administrative Correction to the action taken on September 12, 2012 (C-86-13-017-D-00) to approve the acceptance and use of Bashas' grocery vouchers provided by Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) to Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Tuberculosis Clinic (TB), Tuberculosis Control-Incentive Program. This action was to authorize MCDPH TB Clinic to an unsolicited donation of 300 grocery vouchers at $10 each for a total value of $3,000. The correction is to change the donation amount from 300 to 100 grocery voucher at $10 each for a total value of $1000. MCDPH’s indirect rate of FY13 is 15.8%. This in-kind donation does not allow for indirect, therefore, indirect expense estimated at $158.00 are unrecoverable. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this donation through a future reconciliation. (C-86-13-017-D-01)
