58. IGA WITH HIGLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL HEALTH ASSESSMENT PROGRAM Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Higley Unified School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Maricopa County Tobacco and Chronic Disease Prevention to provide funding for a School Health Assessment program. Funding is for a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000 for budget period beginning July 1, 2012 through May 1, 2013. Funding for this agreement is provided by the Tobacco and Chronic Disease Grant from Arizona Department of Health Services and will not affect the County general fund budget. (C-86-13-023-3-00)
