55. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, DIVISION OF HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR INTERNS Approve the Affiliation Agreement between the Arizona Department of Education, by and for its Division of Health and Nutrition Services (ADE) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is from December 1, 2012 through June 30, 2017. (C-86-13-042-3-00)
