56. SOLE SOURCE AGREEMENT WITH SAS DBA EXECUTIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR "PLUS SERVICE" SOFTWARE APPLICATION Approve the Sole Source Agreement between SAS dba Executive Information System and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health, (MCDPH) Office of Epidemiology for the purchase of the SAS Office Analytics “Plus Service” software so that MCDPH, Epidemiology staff can utilize the application to conduct statistical analysis and data processing to provide vital information and statistical health data reports to internal and external partners. The estimated one-time cost is $77,696.00. Funding for this purchase will be coming from line item adjustment within general fund budget and Office of Preparedness and Response grant fund. The Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source and the Sole Source Justification is scheduled to be approved on November 23, 2012. (C-86-13-044-M-00)
