69. CONTRACT WITH MOLLEN IMMUNIZATION CLINICS FOR MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURE DISTRIBUTION DURING A PUBLIC HEALTH INCIDENT Approve a Contract between Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and Mollen Immunization Clinics for the purchase of Contingent Community providers for Medical Countermeasures Distribution in a Public Health Incident services. MCDPH will provide Mollen Immunization Clinics with medical countermeasures from government stockpiles free of cost. MCDPH will determine any potential reimbursement schedule at the time of an actual emergency event, dependent upon available funds. In the event that services are required from the Mollen Immunization Clinics an amendment shall be completed by the MCDPH Procurement Officer and a purchase order indicating a notice to proceed will be issued. The term of the contract is December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2015. Mollen Immunization Clinics is a successful respondent to a Contract Pursuant to PH RFP 13-008 (Contract #: 860-13-08C).
