24. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH A.T. STILL UNIVERSITY TO PROVIDE STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING FOR STUDENTS WITHIN THE FAMILY HEALTH PROGRAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Student Rotation Training Agreement” between A.T. Still University (ATSU) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for ATSU students in the MCDPH Family Health Program. 69. AMENDMENT TO STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH A.T. STILL UNIVERSITY Approve the first Amendment to the Student Rotation Training Agreement with A.T. Still University to allow students to participate in learning experiences at both the Maricopa County Department of Public Health and the Maricopa County Department of Correctional Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to remain from April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017. The agreement would allow students from A.T. Still University to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Dental Sealant program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH and MCCHS.
