54. AGREEMENT WITH DESERT SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS IN THE EVENT OF A PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY Approve the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Asset between Desert Schools Federal Credit Union (DSFCU) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), to collaborate with DSFCU to provide SNS assets in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health’s Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-13-088-3-00)
