AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MADISON SCHOOL DISTRICT #38 FOR CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP STUDENTS Approve the Affiliation Agreement between Madison School District #38 (MSD) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2018. (C-86-13-091-3-00)
