AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH WALDEN UNIVERSITY, LLC FOR STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING PROGRAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Student Rotation Training Agreement” between Walden University, LLC, and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to allow students from Walden University LLC, to participate in learning experiences at the MCDPH. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is from June 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017. (C-86-13-094-3-00)
