AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH PEORIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #11 TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE DIETETIC INTERNSHIP Approve the Affiliation Agreement between Peoria Unified School District (PUSD) #11 and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is from May 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017. (C-86-13-097-3-00)
