AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH SCOTTSDALE HEALTHCARE HOSPITALS TO PROVIDE TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR PHYSICIAN RESIDENTS IN CLINICAL SERVICES Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Resident Rotation Training Agreement” between Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals (SHC) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for SHC physician residents in MCDPH Clinical Services. The agreement is non-financial, and is effective from July 1, 2013 until June 30, 2018. (C-86-13-101-3-00)
