IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Services to provide eligibility determination and enrollment to special supplemental nutrition program for WIC eligible families on the premises of two ADES offices. The term of the agreement shall have an effective date of July 1, 2013 and shall end on June 30, 2015. (C-86-13-103-3-00)
