AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN – GREEN BAY TO ALLOW STUDENTS FROM THE DIETETICS PROGRAM TO PARTICIPATE IN LEARNING EXPERIENCES Approve an Affiliation Agreement between the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay (UWGB) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health to allow students from the UWGB Dietetics Program (and other students, if preceptors are available) to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH). The agreement is non-financial, and the term is from October 1, 2013 and valid through June 30, 2018. (C-86-14-017-3-00)
