58. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR DATA SHARING FOR SNAP-ED PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). This Agreement would allow MCDPH access to a database from ADES. The information will be used to establish a population surveillance system for SNAP-Ed participants, by means of a once a year online and mail home survey. The term of this Agreement is effective upon signature of both parties and remains in effect for two (2) years unless terminated, canceled, or extended by either party. (C-86-14-018-3-00)

RESCIND ACTION FOR DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Rescind Board action of September 11, 2013 on agenda item C-86-14-018-3-00 approving a non-financial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to establish a population surveillance system for SNAP-Ed participants. The MOA was never executed by ADES. If a new agreement is developed a new agenda item will be put forth to the Board of Supervisors. (C-86-14-018-3-01)
