44. GRANT AGREEMENT WITH DELTA DENTAL OF ARIZONA FOUNDATION FOR DENTAL SEALANT PROGRAM Approve Grant Agreement from Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation (DDFA) between Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Oral Health to provide a dental sealant program. This grant provides funding for a total not-to-exceed amount of $88,375 for the grant award period of July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. The grant period is for one year. Future funding may be considered based upon successful program outcomes and the availability of DDFA resources. MCDPH’s indirect rate for FY2013-14 is 15%. The Indirect costs are estimated at $11,527 and are fully recoverable. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. This Agreement does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. Funding for this grant will be provided by First Things First and will not affect the County general fund. (C-86-14-046-3-00)
