52. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH CRANDALL & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING DIETITIANS, INC. Approve the Affiliation Agreement between Crandall & Associates Consulting Dietitians (CACD), Inc. and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2018. (C-86-14-049-3-00)
