AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH BENSON HOSPITAL FOR CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement between Benson Hospital and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is March 1, 2014 through June 30, 2018. (C-86-14-089-3-00)
