42. AGREEMENT WITH U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT’S PHOENIX AREA (ICE) FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS Approve the Agreement between the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Phoenix Area (ICE) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH); Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), to provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health’s Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-14-096-3-00)
