RESCIND ACTION REGARDING AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH SCOTTSDALE HEALTHCARE FOR CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE DIETETIC INTERNSHIP Rescind action taken by the Board on May 21, 2014 (C-86-14-103-3-00) to approve the Affiliation Agreement between Scottsdale Healthcare (SHC) and Maricopa County through the Department of Public Health to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. This action to rescind is necessary because the Affiliation Agreement was never counter signed by SHC. (C-86-14-103-3-01)
