77. STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE ADMINISTRATORS OF THE TULANE EDUCATIONAL FUND Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement between the Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund, through its Center for Public Service known as "Tulane University" and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for Tulane students in the MCDPH Epidemiology program. The agreement is non-financial, and is effective from June 1, 2014 until May 31, 2017. (C-86-14-107-3-00)
