73. AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES WITH RECREATION CENTERS OF SUN CITY, INC. Approve the Agreement between the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH); Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), to collaborate with the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. for the use of their site and equipment in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health’s Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-14-111-3-00)
