COALITION AGREEMENT WITH SAFE KIDS WORLDWIDE FOR THE FORMATION OF LOCAL COALITION SAFE KIDS MARICOPA COUNTY Approve a Coalition Agreement with Safe Kids Worldwide (SKW) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) for the formation of a local coalition, Safe Kids Maricopa County. This agreement is to formalize the relationship between Safe Kids Worldwide, with its principal place of business located in Washington, D.C. and Maricopa County Department of Public Health. This agreement is effective upon a fully signed document. (C-86-15-001-3-00)
