ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO RECOGNIZE NEW OWNER AND LESSOR Approve an administrative change to Lease Agreement No. L-7453 to recognize Higley Project, LLC as the new property owner and successor landlord with regards to the Public Health Services office and clinic space lease for property located at 1850 North 95th Avenue, Suite 182, Phoenix, AZ 85037. The County received written notice on February 11, 2022, that effective immediately, Higley Project, LLC, is the new property owner and successor Lessor of the lease agreement via Special Warranty Deed as recorded with the County Recorder on February 11, 2022, instrument number 20220130379. The new ownership Higley Project, LLC has contracted with Arizona Commercial Management, LLC to manage the property. (C-86-15-005-01-04)
