AMENDMENT TO OFFICE LEASE WITH HIGLEY PROJECT, LLC Approve and execute the Third Amendment to Office Lease between Higley Project, LLC and Maricopa County (County), dated July 30, 2014, as amended (Agreement), for County’s operation of immunization/vital records and administrative offices at the property located at 1850 North 95th Avenue, Suite 182, Phoenix, Arizona. The Amendment extends the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2024. The County’s Assistant County Manager and/or the Real Estate Director may administer this Agreement. This property is in Supervisor District 5. Base Rent monthly installments remain unchanged at the current amount of $9,991.75 plus tax. (C-86-15-005-1-06)

AMENDMENT TO OFFICE LEASE WITH HIGLEY PROJECT, LLC Approve and execute the Fourth Amendment to Office Lease between Higley Project, LLC (Lessor) and Maricopa County (County), dated July 30, 2014, as amended (Agreement), for County’s operation of immunization/vital records and administrative offices at the property located at 1850 North 95th Avenue, Suite 182, Phoenix, Arizona. If there is no renewal when the Agreement expires on December 31, 2024, Lessor grants County continued occupancy as a holdover tenant on a month-to-month basis at the rental rate of one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Monthly Installment rate in effect for the last month of the current term of the Agreement.
