90. EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH Approve an increase in FY 2015 expenditure budget in Public Health (D860) Public Health Fees (Fund 265), Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by $400,000. Also approve a decrease the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grant Fund (Fund 249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001). The increase in expenditure authority for Public Health will enable the department to use fund balance for the purchase of tenant improvement and additional material for a regional facility with SWRE Deal V Building, LLC. This facility will house Public Health Immunization and Vital Records in the West Valley. (C-86-15-006-2-00)
