55. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST. MARY'S FOOD BANK ALLIANCE FOR OFFICE AND CLINIC SPACE LOCATED AT 3003 WEST THOMAS ROAD, PHOENIX Approve and execute Amendment 6 to Lease Agreement, Lease L7455, between St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance and Maricopa County for the use of 6,400 square feet of office and clinic space located at 3003 West Thomas Road, Phoenix. This amendment is to extend the term of the Agreement from November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2024. The monthly base rent during the lease term is $5,802.66 per month plus rental tax. In addition, this amendment will: A. Update the Term B. Revise the rent schedule C. Update Subordination and Attornment and Estoppel Certificate Provisions D.
