55. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST. MARY'S FOOD BANK ALLIANCE FOR OFFICE AND CLINIC SPACE LOCATED AT 3003 WEST THOMAS ROAD, PHOENIX Approve and execute Amendment 6 to Lease Agreement, Lease L7455, between St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance and Maricopa County for the use of 6,400 square feet of office and clinic space located at 3003 West Thomas Road, Phoenix. This amendment is to extend the term of the Agreement from November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2024. The monthly base rent during the lease term is $5,802.66 per month plus rental tax. In addition, this amendment will: A. Update the Term B. Revise the rent schedule C. Update Subordination and Attornment and Estoppel Certificate Provisions D. 80. AMEND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST. MARY'S FOOD BANK ALLIANCE Approve and execute the Seventh Amendment to Lease Agreement between St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance and Maricopa County for the use of 6,400 square feet of office and clinic space located at 3003 West Thomas Road in Phoenix. This amendment extends the term of the Lease two years, from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2026, but allows early termination by Landlord by giving 180-days prior written notice no sooner than May 1, 2025. The monthly base rent during the extended lease term escalates 3% annually. This leased property is in Supervisor District 5. (C-86-15-016-1-07)
