47. IGA WITH CARTWRIGHT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Cartwright Elementary School District (CESD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Index (SHI) and School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $33,000 for the budget period beginning August 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. (C-86-15-018-3-00)
