46. DONATION FROM ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES Approve and accept a Donation between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Community Empowerment, Safe Routes to School (SRTS) to provide 500 Safety 1st Convertible Car Seats valued at $88.50 each for a total value of $44,250.00. Donations are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. Approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The overall budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this donation through a future reconciliation. This donation will not affect the County General Fund. (C-86-15-026-M-00)
