55. IGA WITH AVONDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve retro-active, an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Avondale Elementary School District (AESD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $14,000 for the budget period beginning August 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. This item is retro-active since schools are closed during the summer months and it takes time to get signed contracts back from them. (C-86-15-040-3-00)
