60. IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR PHOENIX COLLEGE FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve a retro-active Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Community College District for Phoenix College and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,000 for the budget period beginning August 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. This item is retro-active due to schools being closed during the summer months.
