62. IGA WITH QUEEN CREEK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve retro-active Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Queen Creek Unified School District (QCUSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,000 for the budget period beginning August 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. This item is retro-active due to schools being closed during the summer months and getting approvals. (C-86-15-044-3-00)
