47. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH CHAMBERLAIN COLLEGE OF NURSING FOR STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING PROGRAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement between Chamberlain College of Nursing and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) for the Student Rotation Training Program to provide public health training experience for Chamberlain students in the MCDPH Immunization Services program. This agreement is non-financial, and the term of the agreement is from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019. (C-86-15-073-3-00)

70. AMENDMENT TO STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH CHAMBERLAIN COLLEGE OF NURSING Approve the First Amendment to the Student Rotation Training Agreement with Chamberlain College of Nursing to allow students to participate in learning experiences at both the Maricopa County Department of Public Health and the Maricopa County Department of Correctional Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to remain from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019. The agreement would allow students from Chamberlain College of Nursing to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Immunization program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH and MCCHS.
