49. IGA WITH DEER VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve a retro-active Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Deer Valley Unified School District (DVUSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,000 for the budget period beginning August 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. (C-86-15-074-3-00)
