IGA WITH PEORIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve a retro-active Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Peoria Unified School District (PUSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services. Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,500 for the budget period beginning December 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. (C-86-15-077-3-00) 51. IGA WITH KYRENE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve a retro-active Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Kyrene Elementary School District (KESD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP).
