AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH NUTRITION ALLIANCE, LLC TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS Approve the Affiliation Agreement between Nutrition Alliance, LLC and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. This agreement is non-financial, and the term is from February 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. (C-86-15-081-3-00)
