IGA WITH PHOENIX UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve a retro-active Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Phoenix Union High School District (PUHSD) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide School-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; School Health Implementation Plan (SHIP). Funding is in the not-to-exceed amount of $17,500 for the budget period beginning November 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. (C-86-15-085-3-00)
