32. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH CN RESOURCE, LLC TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Student Rotation Training Agreement” between CN Resource, LLC and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in dietetic internship. This Agreement is non-financial, and is effective May 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. (C-86-15-096-3-00)
